The manager of student and alumni recruitment provides support to two PNWU departments:
Enrollment Services: Directs student recruitment and is the primary recruiter to universities and colleges providing information to prospective students, parents, pre-health advisors, clubs, classes and organizations and serves as a contact for applicant counseling and supports the overall department goals and objectives. This position assists with community outreach, applicant interviews, and application review. For these functions the position reports to the Director of Enrollment Services or their designee.
Alumni recruitment: Leads the collaborative work with the Student Affairs/Alumni Coordinator assisting, coordinating, tracking and engaging practicing alumni for the purposes of recruiting alums as PNWU faculty, clinical adjunct faculty and for Master Preceptor opportunities in support of Clinical Education.
Collaborates with PNWU departments (Enrollment Services, Development, Clinical Education, COM and University Administration and others) engaged in activities by inviting, involving and engaging practicing alumni as requested. Visits and assists new alumni entering practice within five state region as requested by Clinical Education.
