IRB Submission System​ – Mentor IRB

Sitero Mentor IRB (previously known as Axiom Mentor) is the electronic submission system PNWU uses for submitting and managing IRB applications.​ The system also allows investigators to correspond with the IRB concerning required periodic check-ins, continuing reviews, amendments, and reporting of unanticipated problems or noncompliance.

Review the Getting Started guide below to help acquaint yourself with the system and reach out to the IRB administrator at irb@pnwu.edu for any questions.

Log In to Mentor IRB

Students and employees should already have an account created for them and may use the first link below to log in below using single sign-on. For collaborative research, external partners should have the PNWU investigator submit an account creation request to irb@pnwu.edu. Such external accounts can then log in using the second link below.
