Dean provides collaborative leadership for internal and external communications for PNWU. This includes strategic guidance and support for media relations, government relations, public relations, printed and electronic marketing materials, brand awareness and enhancement, website management, licensing and trademarks, advertising and sponsorships, and other communication activities.
Dean has two degrees in communications, including a master’s degree in professional communication. He also has more than 30 years of experience working within the media and higher education settings.
