Policy:  
PNWU faculty members, staff, and students shall follow the procedures included in this document with regard to acquiring, recording, inventorying, maintaining, and disposing of furniture, fixed and moveable assets. 
The purpose of this policy is to ensure those responsible for acquiring, recording, inventorying, maintaining, and disposing of furniture and fixed and moveable assets understand and adhere to the rules, regulations, and procedures governing such assets. 

Definitions:  
Manger of Purchasing (MP) is referencing the Manger of Purchasing and Materials management.
