Policy:  
All faculty, staff, alumni, and the alumni association must seek approval through the Development Office prior to initiating any fundraising activity. 

All fundraising events and activities by student organizations shall be approved by the Office of Student Affairs and communicated to the Development Office. 

The PNWU Development Office adheres to the Donor Bill of Rights established by the Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). 

Definitions:  
Fundraising: For the purposes of this policy, fundraising is defined as the collection of money or in-kind gifts through donations, sales, and/or event programming for the purposes of charitable donation or organizational budget enhancement.
