Priscilla Cadwell

Trustee

Currently: Community Advocate and Philanthropist

A newer member of the Board of Trustees, Priscilla and her husband, John, became friends of PNWU when their daughter, Marie, applied and was accepted into the COM inaugural class of 2012. Since that time, they have not only embraced PNWU’s mission, they have rolled up their sleeves and been an integral part of helping move a robust vision into a reality. They are co-owners (along with Carl and Lynda Cadwell) of Cadwell Laboratories Inc., a major provider of neurophysiology equipment located in Kennewick WA. The Cadwell Student Center on the PNWU campus is a shining example of how she and her husband live the PNWU mission. When accreditation required more classroom space, the Cadwells provided vision and funding for the Cadwell Student Center. The CSC exemplifies their compassion and commitment to nurturing PNWU as it grows, matures, and assumes its place as a premier healthcare institution.

Priscilla has been active on the PNWU Foundation Governance Committee as well as a past Chairman of the Regional Advisory Board. In the Tri-Cities, she’s served on the Trios Health Planning Committee and Kennewick General Hospital Foundation Board, the Board of Catholic Family and Child Care Services, the Richland Education Foundation, and she’s an ongoing supporter of numerous causes.

Priscilla enjoys tennis, bicycling and travel. A Louisiana native, and a graduate of The University of Southwestern Louisiana, she and John have five grown children and live in Richland, WA. Their daughter, Dr. Marie-Elise Cadwell Meyer, is a Family Medicine physician in Puyallup, WA.
