We invite all faculty to participate in the upcoming commencement ceremonies. Your presence is vital in honoring the achievements of our graduates and showcasing the dedication and expertise you contribute to our university community.
FACULTY: In the first week of March, you will receive an email from the Office of the Provost requesting your attendance confirmation and regalia order. Please be sure to respond promptly to ensure your needs are accommodated.

FACULTY ARRIVAL TIME: 9:00am
Afternoon Ceremony: Military Promotions, COM
May 17, 2025 I Capitol Theatre I 1:30pm
FACULTY ARRIVAL TIME: 12:30pm
Regalia Information
PNWU provides rental regalia for participating faculty.
- If you wish to purchase your own, you may order through Oak Hall or another vendor. Due to production timelines, faculty ordering regalia for future use must still rent for this year.
- If you already own regalia, you may request individual items (tam, gown, or hood) as needed.
Action Required: Faculty Ticket Request & Regalia Request
All NEW and INAUGURAL PROGRAM faculty must complete the Regalia Request Form by March 21, 2025 to ensure time to receive and steam press the regalia. No orders will be accepted after March 24, 2025.
