Congratulations on Earning Your Degree from PNWU!
PNWU provides one paper diploma per graduate and, as of May 2024, one certified electronic diploma (CeDiploma).
Once all degree and graduation requirements are completed, diplomas will be issued within four to eight weeks. The student’s PNWU email address will be used for CeDiplomas. Printed diplomas will be mailed to the diploma address the student entered in Self-Service. Diploma delivery may take between four to eight weeks in the U.S. and may take longer for international shipping.
Students who have not fulfilled their financial and other obligations shall not have diplomas made available until such obligations are met.
Certified Electronic Diploma (CeDiploma)
A CeDiploma is identical to its paper version, but presented in an electronic, secure, and verifiable format.
Your CeDiploma will be available approximately two to six weeks after all degree and graduation requirements are completed. You will receive an email notification when your CeDiploma is available for download.
How to Access Your Digital Diploma
You will receive an email from info@ceCredentialtrust.com with a link to download your diploma when it is available from our trusted partner, CeCredential Trust. To request a new download link, please use the CeCredential Trust site to resend the link.
You can also access your digital diploma through myHub.

Duplicate Diploma or CeDiploma for Graduates Prior to May 2024
To request a replacement paper diploma, or a digital diploma (CeDiploma) for students who graduated prior to May 2024, use the link below to provide diploma-specific information. Once the request is received, the requestor will be notified via email that it has been approved or denied. If the request is approved, PNWU will place an order for the paper diploma to be printed and mailed or the availability of the CeDiploma on MyHub.
