Hires and schedules simulation patients (SPs). Assists faculty with creating cases and trains SPs in character portrayal, case fact delivery, checklist item assessment, and feedback. Oversees the set up and maintenance of simulation hardware and software. Responsible for event preparation, SP briefings, debriefings, assigning staff roles, overseeing quality control, logistical operations, and student assessment. Documents all simulation data.
