Provides oversight and management of staff performing high-volume transactional finance functions; including but not limited to payroll, student accounts receivable, accounts payable, and other day to day operations. Prepares monthly and periodic special reconciliations and reports including annual tax forms. Provides training and development for staff and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, internal control guidelines, and University policies and procedures.
