Jolene Seda was appointed CEO of Triumph Treatment Services in August 2021, following 15 years at Yakima Valley Memorial Hospital (now MultiCare Memorial Hospital. At Memorial Hospital, Ms. Seda worked in human resources, first as a director, followed by almost five years as the vice president of Community, People, and Culture. Her time at the hospital moved to the role of Chief Experience Officer, playing a key role in elevating the organization’s culture and streamlining operations. Ms. Seda is an operations leader with a passion for people who thrives on identifying new opportunities to better serve the organization and the community.
Ms. Seda obtained her Master of Science degree in organizational development from Central Washington University. She is certified in Healthcare Human Resources by the American Hospital Association. She has also served on various community boards in Central Washington, including the United Way for Kittitas and Yakima County, the Dispute Resolution Center for Kittitas and Yakima Counties, and the Washington State Healthcare Human Resources Association.
