This position primarily functions as the on-campus contact for applicant advising and supports the overall department goals and objectives. Daily responsibilities include phone, in-person, and email advising, and guiding individual and group tours requiring a student/customer service oriented individual. This position assists with community outreach, applicant interviews, and application review. This person will need to become familiar with university procedures, policies, and services in order to assist applicants, students, potential students, their families, faculty, staff, and university visitors.
