If you are concerned about a student’s well-being, there are several resources and options available to you.
If you believe a student is in imminent danger of harming self or others, call 911.
If you believe a student is in urgent need of immediate support, or if you would like support in knowing how to assist your colleague, you or the student may contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 or chat online with a volunteer.
For less urgent needs, please refer to the Counseling Services webpage on the PNWU website for additional resources.
If you would like someone from PNWU to reach out to a student about whom you are concerned and who does not pose imminent danger to self or others, please submit your concern.
